Project Proposal: Photo & Video for Brand Marketing
Mandy Crosby and Kristen Schmidt of ProtecX AI (The Client) are requesting a video and photo shoot during the Blue Bird leadership conference at the Limelight Hotel in Boulder on Thursday, Sept. 26th, 2025. They aim to capture candid moments, video conversations with tech leaders, and branding photos for social media and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Photo Requirements
- Professional Headshots for Mandy and Kristen
- Photos of Mandy and Kristen together and interacting
- A gallery of at least 30 photos to choose from and 10 final photos
Video Requirements
- 5 casual conversations with Industry leaders, each no longer than six to seven minutes.
- 2 Camera angles to allow for basic editing
- Simple graphics including a company logo and name titles
Scope of Work
OPTION 1: FULL SUPPORT PACKAGE
Total: $8,500
Photo Coverage Includes:
- Professional headshots for Mandy and Kristen
- Candid and posed photos of Mandy and Kristen together and interacting
- Gallery of 50+ lightly edited photos to choose from
- 15 final high-resolution, professionally retouched images
- Color correction and light touch-ups
Video Coverage Includes:
- 5 interviews with tech leaders (6–7 minutes each)
- 2-camera setup for dynamic editing
- Enhanced editing with:
- Animated company logo intro/outro
- Name titles (lower thirds)
- Light color grading and sound mixing
- 2 rounds of revisions included
Production Scope:
- 1 half-day shoot (up to 4 hours)
- 2–3 person crew
- Full gear package: 4K cinema cameras, full interview lighting kit, audio: wireless and boom mic, grip gear
- Pre-production planning: Location scouting, coordination and shot list development
- Efficient post-production optimized for web/social sharing

Video Coverage Includes:
- 3 interviews (6-7 minutes each)
- Single-camera setup
- Basic editing with name titles only, jump cuts if anything needs to be cut out.
- 1 round of revisions
Production Scope:
- 1 half-day shoot (up to 4 hours)
- 1–2 person crew
- Basic camera 4K kit with minimal lighting, wireless audio mics, and grip gear.
- Light pre-production (call sheet & basic coordination)
